Old Rink Plaza building was aquired by the owners in October 2003.  Managed as a skate center until 2006 then closed to renovate for future use as retail and commercial rental property.

After several building phases Old Rink Plaza has added the following:

• Shady Acres Activity Center to be utilized for special events both smoke and alcohol free
• Shady Acres Fitness Center for campers of Shady Acres RV Park
• Twice is Nice Consignment, Furniture, Gifts, and Antiques - providing rental space for antique and gift booths for new vendors (Suite D-G)
• Salon 231 featuring Penny Giner, Master Stylist (Suite F)
• Framing, Gifts, and Crafts, Jean Peppers (Suite E)
